About Pamela Verner

Pamela Verner joined SCV Commercial Real Estate in 2007. Her prior experience includes 12+ years working in escrow handling high volume commercial and residential escrows. Pamela serves Property Owners and Buyers/Tenants in the sale or lease of commercial property including retail, office, industrial, and land. Pamela has been a resident of the Santa Clarita Valley since 1981.

Some of her recent clientele include The Adult Skills Center, SCV Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Management, GHP Management, Earthship Productions, Paul Davis Emergency Services,  KHTS Radio, EVS Broadcast, SCV Wound Care & Hyperbarics, Law Offices of Barry Edzant, and Del Taco, to name a few. Pamela was recognized as a 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Power Broker by the Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation and was voted “Ultimate” commercial real estate agent by Elite Magazine’s reader poll for 2023 and 2024. SCV Commercial has won “Best Of” in the Signal Newspaper’s annual reader poll since 2012.

Pamela is a member of CoStar/Loopnet, AIRCRE, The SCV Chamber of Commerce, and VIA and serves on the Board of Directors for the Santa Clarita Valley Boys and Girls Club, Circle of Hope Cancer Support Center, Valley Industry Association, Santa Clarita Valley Business Group, and WeWil Collaborative. Pamela is also a current Planning Commissioner for the City of Santa Clarita.
